Innovative Staff Solutions is accepting applications for Administrative positions in Peru, IL. The ideal candidate must have sufficient knowledge when using various Microsoft programs, outstanding interpersonal skills & able to multitask.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Communicate with customers, employees and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints
– Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service
– Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages
– Use computers for various applications, such as database management and word processing
– Create, maintain and enter information into databases
– Open and process invoices
– Performs other duties as assigned
– Adequate level of knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
– Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
– Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
– Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– High School Diploma or GED
– Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative support role
