The Office Coordinator is the first person our clients and applicants see and speak to when reaching out to the Decatur office.  They will be accountable for managing the front desk in our lobby.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Job Duties:

  • Process applications from our flex work force
  • Answer multi-line phone system
  • Schedule interviews
  • Data entry into our HRIS system
  • Support Career Agents with recruiting efforts
  • Process background checks and other new hire paperwork
  • Assist candidates with on-line applications in our computer lab
  • Assist clients with questions

 Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized
  • Capable of dealing with difficult situations
  • Work in a team environment
  • Must be highly dependable
  • Professional in appearance and attitude
  • Available for overtime
