At Innovative Staff Solutions, our mission is to build successful partnerships with each of our clients – getting to know their businesses inside and out so that we may effectively fulfill their staffing needs.  Through these mutually beneficial relationships, we are then able to open the doors of opportunity for our candidates.  Since 1994 we have provided creative solutions to our clients and locations throughout the Midwest.  We are seeking a full time On-Site Manager for our office in Spartan, IL.  This staffing professional will manage the job application channels, seeking out new talent, screening applicants, interviewing candidates and hiring flex employees.   Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Job Duties:

  • Ability to skill market quality candidates to the client
  • Precisely follow all steps of the hiring process
  • Maintain a large network of qualified candidates to fill positions
  • Use various recruiting methods such as cold calling, talent referrals and online social media
  • Interview and process candidates for available job opportunities
  • Capable of making solid candidate selections
  • Daily operation of the onsite office and required reports
  • Partner with client to ensure their business needs are met
  • Capable of communicating with client via phone, email and in person
  • Deliver a comprehensive on-boarding procedure for new hire orientations
  • Process hiring paperwork for all new employees placed on assignment
  • Process drug screens
  • Promote a safe work environment
  • Creative mind set to help decrease employee turnover rates
  • Maintain employee data with ensured data integrity
  • Capable of working in a fast paced environment



  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel and Outlook
  • Proven track record of being a Leader
  • Must have strong communication skills both verbally and written
