In March 2018, Erica joined the Innovative Staff Solutions team, assuming the pivotal role of Director of Operations. With an impressive background spanning over 18 years in retail management, operations, and sales, Erica brings a wealth of expertise to her position. Previously serving as a district manager overseeing 16 retail locations, she has also excelled as a district manager trainer and a corporate internal auditor for Highland Ventures, Ltd.

Erica’s commitment to excellence in service is evident in her approach to building and cultivating new relationships. Her extensive experience has honed her ability to lead and inspire teams, with a specific focus on staff development and retention. Erica is dedicated to continuing this emphasis on employee growth within the Innovative Staff Solutions community.

A graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Erica holds a Bachelor’s Degree, showcasing her dedication to academic achievement. Outside of her professional pursuits, she finds solace and joy in outdoor activities, particularly hiking. Erica resides in Effingham with her husband, Jeremy, and their daughters, Jaelyn and Raegan, further enriching her connection to the local community.
