Position Details:
- Configure Wave or Automated Solder Machine according to job specifications, ensuring the correct program and fixtures are used.
- Monitor equipment performance by reading dials and meters to confirm operation at specified levels.
- Inspect and measure materials, products, and installations to ensure they meet IPC specifications before soldering.
- Follow detailed manufacturing instructions, router tickets, and prints.
- Report any production issues to supervisors and relevant personnel.
- Complete all required production reports and documentation accurately.
- 1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm.
Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours.
- Must be detail oriented and self-motivated.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
- Must be open to working overtime as needed.
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
- Must have 6 months of continuous work history within the past 9 months.
