Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our internal team at our corporate office in Mattoon, IL. This full-time leadership role reports directly to company leadership and is responsible for overseeing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract top talent, and drive business growth.
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing brand messaging across various platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and enhance ISS’s brand presence.
- Oversee content creation, proofing, scheduling, and posting across various social media platforms to maximize engagement.
- Manage and create graphic design materials that maintain brand consistency and professionalism.
- Lead the marketing team in producing compelling job postings and employer branding initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and measure ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with field teams to support local marketing efforts and employer branding strategies.
- Plan and execute marketing events, sponsorships, and industry partnerships to drive brand awareness.
- Develop and deliver internal and external presentations to communicate brand messaging and marketing performance.
- Ensure consistent distribution of marketing materials across ISS locations.
- Track and analyze KPIs to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Attend weekly strategy meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve marketing impact.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a management or leadership role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong experience in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); knowledge of Premier Pro is a plus.
- Deep understanding of social media management, analytics, and content strategy.
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize marketing campaigns based on performance.
- Professional appearance, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (occasional travel to ISS locations required).
