Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking an Operations Specialist to add to our internal team. Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment.

Responsibilities:
- Travel to ISS locations to cover for absences within the internal staff.
- Phone Screen and process candidates for available job opportunities.
- Communicate with applicants, and clients via phone, email and in person.
- Data entry of documentation into our HRIS system.
- Process hiring paperwork for new employees placed on assignment.
- Process Workman’s Comp paperwork.
- Adaptable to work with changes within the different locations.
- Retaining knowledge on our client base to achieve complete satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Detail oriented, organized and work efficiently despite interruptions.
- Must have strong communication skills both verbally and written.
- Highly dependable and able to work overtime as needed.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Flexible schedule and able to work 45-55 hours per week.
