Position Details:
- Verifying orders and labeling information.
- Visually scanning parts for quality defects.
- Performing assembly of product as directed.
- Trimming excess plastic from parts as required.
- Packaging parts according to customer’s requirements.
- Following established procedures to reject nonconforming product.
- Completing daily production activity log.
- Maintaining a stable cycle and a clean work area.
- Moving finished product to designated areas.
- Full-Time hours available on First and Second shifts.
- Earn $16.00-17.40/hour with a 0.50¢/hour pay increase upon full-time hire!
- This position is offering a $1000 Sign on Bonus, paid out in three increments – $200 after 30 days, $300 after 60 days, and $500 after 90 days.

Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written work instructions.
- Ability to perform repetitive motion activities such as bending, stooping, pinching, and grasping.
- Previous factory experience is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to perform visual inspection on products for defects.
- Must have the ability to be cross-trained.
