Innovative Staff Solutions Announces New Location

Innovative Staff Solutions, founded by Wayne and Patti Meinhart, is a family owned staffing company that has been in business for 25 years. The company first opened their doors as a franchisee office in 1994, operating as a two person office in Mattoon, Illinois.   Wayne and Patti’s sons, Derek Meinhart, President, and Nathan Meinhart, Vice President of Sales, have continued the legacy and family vision of helping employers control costs, improve productivity, and meet their staffing needs.  Over the years, ISS has built strong relationships with their clients and has a team of nearly 100 internal employees who are also instrumental in providing unmatched customer service.  We are proud to assist residents in the communities we serve find work that will lead to successful careers.

Innovative Staff Solutions is proud to announce that they will be opening a new on-site location at Hydro-Gear in Princeton, Kentucky, in December. “ISS has had a partnership with Hydro-Gear since 1996, and we look forward to continuing that valued relationship,” commented Nathan Meinhart.
